Being close to everything but not in the middle of the tourist zone makes it feel way more authentic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, and the hotel even arranges tours to nearby attractions like Halong Bay.
The WiFi signal can be weak or drop out at times.

The hotel was conveniently located near the center of town and had a great breakfast selection. The staff were also friendly and helpful in recommending local attractions to visit. the rooms were spacious and clean.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly during my stay, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The noise levels from outside the hotel were also quite loud, making it difficult to relax in the room.
