Being close to everything but not in the middle of the tourist zone makes it feel way more authentic. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, and the hotel even arranges tours to nearby attractions like Halong Bay.

The WiFi signal can be weak or drop out at times.

The hotel is close to a bus stop. Hanoi ceramic mosaic mural was around the corner. Perfect for trip.
